Senior Engineer, Electrical

We are seeking qualified applicants for the position: Senior Engineer, Electrical Located: Cameron Summary We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our project team in Cameron, LA. This position is based out of our Calcasieu Pass LNG 2 (CP2) facility located in Cameron, Louisiana. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.

General Description Duties & Responsibilities Interface for all site switchgear, power controls technical alignment Provides input to weekly site engineering report Provides input to weekly site engineering report, E-house / power systems RFI Owner Inspect major arriving equipment and participate on walk downs, Inspect major arriving equipment and participate on walk downs Maintain log of scope transferred to site and participate in interface meetings between EPC and OFE contractors Assist with system turnover, review of MC’d systems, DFO tasks, PSSRs, etc.

Assist commissioning team with pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities as needed Participate in pre planning meetings and the related activities Validate completions matrix tags and systemized boundaries in advance Provides input to weekly site engineering report Qualifications Required experience Minimum 10 year’s experience working with electrical systems.

Experienced with domestic and/or International electrical codes and standards. Including NEC, NFPA, NETA, and ANSI Familiarity with Power Systems Modeling Tools such as ETAP/SKM preferable Experience with: Switchgears (138kV, 4.16kV, 480V) Motor Control Centers (MCC) Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Transformers Energy Management Systems (EMS/SCADA) Electrical System Studies Preferred Experience Experience in LNG liquefaction facilities Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Power Systems.

Licensing & Certifications Must maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status.
