Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Senior Director at Home Depot, bringing leadership, structure, and a results-driven mindset into the agency. Our office is uniquely positioned next to the State Farm hub in Texas, serving as a key presence in the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
