Technical Operations & System Administration Supervisor

As Technical Operations & System Administration Supervisor, you will oversee Streampay’s infrastructure and ensure uptime and reliability through system administration and NOC management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain infrastructure including servers, CDN, database and cloud services. Oversee NOC operations and ensure 24/7 incident response and resolution. Implement security protocols and ensure system resilience and scalability. Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure costs. Collaborate with DevOps and Tech teams on deployments and upgrades.

Requirements

Qualifications 1–3 years experience in system administration, DevOps, or IT operations. Knowledge and certifications of cloud platforms, monitoring, and cybersecurity. Ability to work under pressure during incidents. Ability to interact interculturally. Fluency in english, local languages and french are considered an advantage.
