• Jacksonville, NC, Position Type: PRN 0.2, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Varies, Job Category: Customer Service, This position functions under direct supervision and established protocols, Operates various telecommunications equipment including: Physician Answering Services, Paging System, PA System ,. Fire Alarm Circuits, and other specialized circuits used for answering incoming calls, and monitoring equipment failures and security breaches.

Qualifications

Education/Certifcation: High School Graduate or equivalent Experience: Must have a least one-year customer service experience in Telecommunications Customer Service where they supported a high call volumn. One or more years' experience in PBX operations and General Office Practices Familiarity with telephone communications technique and basic computer software.

Entering, accessing and /or retrieving data will be a significant port of the job. The Operator will need to be able to use Microsoft Office, EXCEL and Outlook proficiently, FAX copier /printer.
