• Nights 7a-7p Job Description: The Registered Nursing (RN) w orks collaboratively with the ED team caring for patients admitted to a med/surg level of care awaiting a room. This RN is part of the Resource Pool and qualifies for an extra Resource Pool Differential. Department/Position Overview: This is a 41-bed Level III Trauma ED with 6 beds dedicated to a lock down psychiatric screening and treatment area. We are a stroke certified ED and receive STEMI and psychiatric patients. The ED treats about 150 patients per day with a dedicated radiology suite in the ED for plain film and CT imaging.

Education

ADN required, BSN or higher preferred. Certification: Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing. BLS Experience: RN Experienced in a hospital setting. Min of 18mos RN Experience in a Medical Surgical or Intermediate Care Unit. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
