This individual is passionate about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors. Requested Tasks: Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation Assist with training new team members, providing leadership and guidance.
