Director Claims Operations

The Claims Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Claims organization, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL), Liability, and Bodily Injury claims operations. This role is responsible for the overall performance of claims intake and claims handling functions, including oversight of third-party FNOL service providers and internal claims operations leadership.

The Claims Director is accountable for delivering results related to claim quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, employee development, and regulatory compliance. Through effective leadership, vendor governance, and cross-functional partnership, this position drives organizational performance and supports the company's growth and profitability objectives.
