In this leadership role, you will manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists while developing strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.

You will work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment priorities with business objectives and evolving workforce needs. Through data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous process improvement, you will enhance hiring efficiency and deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
