JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our guest relations team. Responsible for merchandise sales and inventory in gift shop, greeting and assisting guests/bus groups, and participating in promotional events and theme nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandise sales/maintain working inventory Cash register opening and closing, Perform cash/credit/and voucher sales, apply discounts/comp sales, responsible for till Greet guest with a smile and assist guest with promotional information, requested items, and tours. Answer phones, forward calls, take messages Check and safeguard guest coats and belongings (No purses).

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age, with a High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Must possess basic mathematical and computer skills. Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.
