Support Team Member (Remote | Self-Paced | Paid per Ticket) Company: Four Seasons Hosting Location: Remote Type: Per Ticket | Self-Paced About the Role Four Seasons Hosting is expanding its Support Team! As a Support Team Member, you’ll assist clients with issues related to game servers, web hosting, VPS, and more. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients through tickets, live chat, or Discord, working closely with our Level 2 staff to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

This role is fully remote and self-paced, ideal for those who enjoy troubleshooting and working with hosting environments. Pay & Perks $2 per ticket resolved, with opportunities to earn up to $10 per ticket based on performance and experience Free game servers for personal use Discounts on dedicated equipment and hosting services Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth Responsibilities Respond to support tickets via WHMCS, live chat, and Discord Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Game servers (e.
