WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY CONTROL LEAD

• 2+ years of experience in a coordination or technical role within a fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material requirements
• Familiarity with equipment and facility processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Additional training or certifications in drafting, engineering, or manufacturing processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR QUALITY CONTROL LEAD

Your role

as our Quality Control Lead is to ensure that every project starts with accuracy and clarity. You review drawings thoroughly, ensuring all specifications and details are correct. You identify and resolve any discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to keep projects on track. You verify materials and hardware requirements, prepare organized drawing packages, and maintain detailed records for accountability. Your work ensures that the shop floor operates efficiently and produces high-quality results every time.

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• 8 am - 5 pm
