• Sterling, IL, Salary Range: $16.25 - $16.25Hourly, Maintains strict adherence to all VeriFacts policies and procedures. Ensures personal compliance with all regulatory rules and regulations including, but not limited to: FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, TCPA, FTC, and UDAAP. Maintains and models professional and courteous behavior with internal customers, other employees, clients, and visitors. Supports the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of the company. Maintains confidentiality. Must have and maintain a PERC card. Ability to pass a drug test. Attend required meetings and participate in development activities. Complete the VF security class. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate a computer efficiently. Ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines. Ability to sit for long periods of time while working at a computer. Reliable attendance. Must be able to multitask. Ability to follow conflict resolution processes and find solutions to conflict.
