Growth Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a performance marketing and creative intelligence team to help clients grow through effective paid advertising. This client-facing role combines strategic media leadership, creative collaboration, and hands-on optimization across major advertising platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and scale annual media budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on efficient spend.
• Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build growth strategies that connect creative performance with paid media programs.
• Translate campaign and creative data into clear recommendations for clients, creatives, and media buyers.
• Improve media efficiency through funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement.
• Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop content and scale successful campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Four to eight years of paid media experience, ideally in an agency or consumer app environment.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• A track record managing and optimizing accounts with seven-figure or larger annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and client communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders and leading quarterly business reviews.
• Experience connecting creative performance to media strategy and optimizing beyond standard dashboard metrics.
• Knowledge of mobile advertising measurement, including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners, is beneficial.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base salary: $130,000 to $175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in New York, New York.
