Litigation Paralegal

O’Hagan Meyer LLC, a litigation law firm, has an opening for a full-time Paralegal in its Las Vegas, NV office. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation and must be familiar with Labor, Employment and Commercial Litigation. Duties include but are not limited to drafting correspondence, editing, and filing pleadings with State and Federal courts, scheduling depositions, file maintenance, research, expense reports, time entry and maintaining attorney calendars.

Requirements

A Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures, including Nevada counties Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and MS Office, including Outlook Experience with Adobe Acrobat Experience with i. Manage, a plus Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
