Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening and NOC Shift available, Full-Time, Monday-Thursday. Orchard View Post Acute | Lewiston, Idaho Pay: $32–$45/hour Make a real difference, one resident at a time! At Orchard View Post Acute, our LPNs are the heart of daily care. You'll help residents recover after a hospital stay and support long-term residents who call our community home.

You'll build real relationships along the way. We value our nurses, and we'll back you up every shift. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our day shift team full-time. What you'll be doing Passing medications and giving treatments, including wound care, accurately and on time Checking on residents, monitoring changes in condition, and reporting concerns to the RN and physician Working closely with CNAs to make sure residents are comfortable, clean, and cared for Partnering with therapy, families, and the care team to help residents meet their goals Keeping clear, timely documentation in our electronic health record Bringing warmth and patience to every interaction What we're looking for Active LPN license in Idaho, or the ability to get one Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
