This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives and management. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company databases and CRM systems. Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration.

Manage email correspondence and distribute messages appropriately. Support daily office operations and administrative functions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Prepare reports and maintain organized records as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a call center, customer service, receptionist, or administrative role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
