Student Assistant - Customer Service

Join Diatec A/S At Diatec, we work with the sales, service, and support of advanced audiological and diagnostic solutions for hospitals, clinics, and hearing care centers across Denmark. We are part of Interacoustics' global network and are based at our headquarters in Middelfart. We are looking for a Student Assistant who would like to join a dedicated team and gain hands-on experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing.

Your Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant, you will have a varied role with responsibilities including: Coordinating and handling repairs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Preparing and shipping equipment. Planning and following up on service tasks Creating and closing service orders in our systems Providing customer support via phone and email Handling administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments across the organization Contributing to marketing activities, including LinkedIn posts and newsletters Assisting with internal activities and events We Imagine That You Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 1-2 years remaining in your studies Are service-minded and enjoy working with customers Work in a structured manner and have strong attention to detail Are curious and eager to learn new systems and processes Can work both independently and as part of a team Have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken Have an interest in administration, communication, and marketing Can work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods We offer A flexible student job where working hours can be adapted to your studies A diverse role with administrative, service-related, and marketing tasks An informal and supportive work environment The opportunity to build valuable professional experience alongside your studies Professional and personal development in an international organization Great colleagues and a workplace focused on collaboration and well-being About Diatec A/S Diatec A/S is a Danish sales and service company specializing in advanced audiology and balance products.
