Now Application security administration User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining Service. Now standard practices Strong hands-on Service. Now ITSM experience, including scripting, configuration, and production support. Good experience with Service. Now integrations, especially with external tools such as Jira and Pager. Duty. Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery. Strong experience with JavaScript / Service. Now scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related automation. Ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and support REST/SOAP/API-based integrations. Experience handling integration failures, data sync issues, authentication/connectivity issues, and production incidents. Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Experience supporting enterprise Service. Now environments with minimal supervision. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders. Should be comfortable taking ownership of the existing integration landscape and upcoming Jira and Pager. Duty integration work.
