York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Crawfordsville is seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the vehicle selection process. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive features, specifications, and technology to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. Sales Process: Conduct test drives, present financing options, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience. Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide follow-up information, and encourage referrals.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of financing options and automotive technologies. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
