Manion’s is actively hiring dependable and safety-driven CDL Class A Truck Drivers to deliver building materials throughout the Upper Midwest. This is a regional driving position offering consistent routes and reliable home time, with most drivers home weekly and often on weekends.

Pay Range

70,200 - 94,380 Why Join the Manion’s team? Home Weekly with predictable routes Competitive hourly pay + steady hours Full-time benefits package (health, PTO, 401(k) match, etc.) Hands-on training available for newer drivers Supportive team and well-maintained equipment Established company with consistent freight Key Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (flatbed) to transport building materials safely and efficiently Run regional routes across WI, MN, IA, and IL Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues Secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and tarps Load/unload materials and adjust loads as needed during transit Maintain accurate DOT logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation Follow dispatch instructions and use GPS/navigation tools for routing Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates Take load photos using the Biztrack scanning system Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations Qualifications CDL Class A license required At least 20 years of age 1+ year of commercial driving experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to safely operate a flatbed trailer Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Education & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card Ability to pass drug test, background check, and fit-for-duty assessment Participation in federally required drug and alcohol testing programs Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods Capable of lifting, moving, and handling up to 100 lbs.
