Previous construction superintendent, mechanical superintendent, or comparable field leadership experience Strong knowledge of mechanical or construction operations Experience supervising field crews and coordinating subcontractors Ability to oversee multiple active work areas and competing field priorities Working knowledge of construction safety, scheduling, budgets, productivity, and quality control Ability to monitor project schedules and drive work toward established milestones Strong field coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work full-time onsite in College Station, TX Residential, commercial, or industrial mechanical construction experience is highly relevant to this role Yellowstone Local is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
