You are someone who enjoys an environment where products and systems are being created. You are comfortable switching between higher level discussions and practical problem solving on the shop floor. You are Precise and keen on finishing, a process thinker and you keep your head cool in a dynamic environment You likely have: HBO/WO technical grade like Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in a production environment Experience as e.g. a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or Service Engineer with a quality mindset Knowledge on and experience with FMEA, 8D problem solving or similar, SPC, PPAP is beneficial but not required
