Ideally, you have completed one of the relevant vocational training programs (apprenticeships). However, we also welcome career changers (Quereinsteiger) who bring a solid understanding of (E-)bike repairs! Skills & Attitude: You are highly organized and enjoy thorough, independent work. Growth Mindset: You enjoy experimenting with new repair processes and continuously improving them.
Language Skills: You have good proficiency in German and/or English. Diverse Workload: You will work on a huge variety of different e-bikes, ensuring constant variety in terms of bike types, models, and brands. You will become an absolute expert in the e-bike market, having seen almost every bicycle in your workshop. Modern Workspace: You work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment—including the latest repair diagnostic devices—in a comfortable environment featuring electric stands.
Expert Team: Your team consists of experienced mechanics from whom you can learn a great deal. Focus on Mechanics: You will have no direct customer contact, allowing you to focus entirely on what you enjoy most—wrenching and repairs! Work-Life Balance: You always have your weekends free, as we only work on weekdays.
Compensation
You will receive a competitive fixed monthly salary. Career Growth: We evaluate your performance every six months, giving you the opportunity for promotion and professional advancement. Startup Culture: Upway is a young company with a great team and ample room for your personal development. Grow with the company and help ensure that your workplace brings joy to you and your team every day!
