Registered Nurse (Part Time)

Program: HELP One, Building C | 314 Hinsdale Street, Brooklyn, NY 11207 Position Summary As a Registered Nurse for our newly constructed supportive housing program in Brooklyn (HELP I), you’ll report to the Executive Director and coordinate healthcare services for 48 single adults with mental health and/or substance use issues from the NY 15 15 program.

Your responsibilities

Assisting residents in managing medications and navigating appointments and referrals. Providing residents with health education on chronic disease management and preventative health strategies. Providing staff training on health and mental health issues. Assisting with acute care coordination.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse. 5 years’ experience working with special needs populations.

Compensation

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws. We Have GREAT BENEFITS!
