SAP Controlling Module Subject Matter Expert

Duties and Responsibilities

The SAP Controlling Module SME will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Develop and review functional designs, Develop, review and execute test plans Configuration of CO module to include Project Systems Operational Finance, Materials Finance, Materials Costing, Manufacturing Costing, Profitability Analysis Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field required 10+ years’ experience as a Senior SAP Consultant/Analyst or equivalent supporting SAP CO / PS module 5+ years’ experience with Federal and/or DoD FM policies and procedures 4+ years’ experience in accounting Federal ERP Experience, Navy preferred SAP Modules Development Accounting Knowledge Strong knowledge in controlling processes-Product costing , cost center accounting, cost object controlling & Service contract, profitability analysis business environment Must understand the integration points for SAP CO with Material Management, Production Planning, GL, Revenue Recognition, Results Analysis, and Settlements for service contract business CO rollout and on-going support in the areas of Inventory Management/Reporting, Material Ledger, SAP S4/HANA, Manufacturing Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field required Required Certifications: SAP certifications preferred Scrum, Agile, SAFe certifications desired Other: Must be US Citizen Active DoD Secret clearance preferred, or ability to obtain it Willingness to be on-site 3+ days each week
