Job Title Senior Associate Office Location Dubai Department Corporate & Finance Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Corporate and Finance practice group covers the full range of corporate/M&A work. The team has broad experience of public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements, and both domestic UK and cross-border.

The clients of the team span all industry sectors. Working Hours 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Ability Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of the legal principles associated with the scope of work outlined above; proactively develops this knowledge further.

Regional experience gained within a top tier firm in this space is preferred.

It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
