Primary responsibility is to achieve sales target/standard of performance for Personal Loan product through a responsible and consultative selling process. Adhere to sales process and seeks opportunities to deliver distinctive customer service on each customer interaction. Setting right daily/sales rituals to maintain high level of sale discipline, pipeline management and activity management to ensure performance meets expectations.
