Qualifications

Active Certified Medication Aide 40 hrs (CMA) certification in NE Current CNA certification in NE Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Key Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas Follow all state regulations and facility protocols Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents Apply today and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
