About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide practical support and companionship to clients and areas covering Rosewood, Willowbank, Minden, Boonah and surrounding areas , helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities

Domestic Assistance – Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable. Personalised Support – Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home. Social Engagement – Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections What do we need from you?

Own vehicle & Australian Driver licence First Aid & CPR Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) Experience in care and cleaning role highly regarded About this location: A new opportunity is now available to join Bolton Clarke, Home & Community Support team.
