Qualifications

5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline Experience conducting audits or reviews, analyzing findings, and developing corrective action plans Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements Excellent attention to detail, organization, judgment, and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable reporting and documentation tools Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of progressive compliance or audit experience Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, or a comparable credential Familiarity with regulatory examinations, investigations, third-party risk, privacy, or information security compliance Background in a regulated industry or experience supporting multi-site or complex organizations Ready to make an impact?
