Assistant Manager in Training – The Riverside, Vauxhall We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager in Training for the Riverside in Vauxhall. You may be someone with great experience at Supervisor level under your belt, or someone who has AM experience outside of pubs, but we’ll work with you to develop your knowledge and skills with us.

You will have a background in leadership roles within hospitality - this could be pub based – but we’d also be open to applications who have experience in restaurants or hotels who have a passion for pubs. What we’re looking for: You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident at thinking on your feet – some experience of leading a team is essential.

You’ll be people focused – whether that’s with regards to the team you work with, or with how you interact with our guests. You think big (and small) – You’ll be confident at setting standards within the team and the business, noticing small details that others miss. You’ll be willing to learn and own your development with support from your GM.

We’re looking for someone who will push themselves to grow their skills knowledge. You are forward thinking
