Job description

Description About Oriient At Oriient, we are building the world’s most advanced and scalable Indoor GPS technology. We are a VC-backed company in a phase of hyper-growth with substantial market traction. Our platform powers indoor location experiences across retail, smart buildings, hospitals and healthcare centers, campuses, and emerging verticals.

Oriient’s hardware-free, plug & play solution enables fast and cost-effective deployments at scale, unlocking new capabilities based on high-accuracy positioning, AI, and large-scale data processing.

Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the connective tissue between our external partners and our internal teams — turning strategy into executed campaigns, trade show presence, and social/content programs that build the Oriient brand and pipeline. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role for someone who can think strategically, work closely with partners, and also roll up their sleeves to ship the work.

AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have here — we expect you to use AI tools daily as a core part of how you plan, create, and analyze, so you can do the work of a much larger team.

Key Responsibilities

build and run joint marketing plans with external partners (technology partners, resellers, integrators) — co-branded campaigns, joint content, and shared events. Cross-functional alignment: partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to translate business priorities into marketing programs, and keep messaging consistent across every audience and channel.

Campaign execution: plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns — email, digital, content, partner co-marketing — from concept through results. Trade shows & events: own end-to-end planning and execution of trade show presence and industry events, including logistics, messaging, booth content, lead capture, and follow-up.

Social & content: manage Oriient's social media presence and content calendar, producing and overseeing content that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement. AI-powered marketing: use generative AI and AI-driven tools as a daily part of your workflow — accelerating content creation, speeding up campaign development, mining performance data for insight, and automating repetitive marketing work.

Reporting & optimization: track campaign and partner-program performance, report on outcomes, and continuously iterate based on data.

Requirements

Qualifications

and Experience 4+ years in marketing, spanning campaign management, partner/channel marketing, and event marketing. Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners and coordinate joint go-to-market activity. Hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, image/video generation tools, AI-powered analytics or automation platforms) — daily use, not just familiarity.

Strong project management skills; comfortable owning multiple workstreams and deadlines independently. Strong writing and content instincts, with experience running social media channels and content calendars. Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed, international team. Self-starter who thrives on autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills Advantages Startup or high-growth tech experience. Experience marketing to retail, real estate, or smart-building audiences. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub. Spot, Marketo, Salesforce). Background in B2B SaaS, deep tech, or hardware-adjacent software companies.
