Sr. HR Generalist

The Sr. Human Resources Generalist provides guidance to employees and assists in the management of the Human Resources (HR) function, encompassing HR policy administration, compensation, performance management, staffing, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll processing for the Costa Rica location. This position works as a team member within HR as well as with all levels of management and supports Corporate HR by rolling out initiatives locally.

This position interacts with the management team to recommend solutions and address business needs.
