More information about what we do can be reviewed at our website, mspcommunications.com Job Description: The full-time Network Administrator position will be located at our St. Paul, MN office. This is not a remote position. Qualified candidates must possess excellent technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Prior experience as a network administrator or an equal education level is required. Must be equally proficient in MacOS and Windows. Linux/*nix experience recommended.

Job Responsibilities

Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. All Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure and Entra ID) functions Supervise one Helpdesk employee Assist Helpdesk requests for 90 employees Manage software subscriptions and licenses Intermediate networking and network security skills VPN control and maintenance Backups maintained Purchasing new hardware Font management Spam management Microsoft Office 365 management Experience in both Powershell ad bash/zsh scripting MDM experience for both MacOS and Windows Qualifications: Requirements: 2+ years of Network Administrator experience using some of the listed technologies in job responsibilities.
