What You’ll Do

Assist retail and internal customers with accurate parts lookup and ordering

Manage parts inventory, special orders, and returns

Support technicians with timely parts delivery

Maintain a clean, organized, efficient parts counter

Build strong relationships with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

Automotive parts experience (luxury brand preferred but not required)

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
