Companion Observer- January 2027

Must be present for mandatory orientation taking place: January 5th, 6th and 7th! The Companion Observer is a staff member trained to provide supportive care to patients who need 1:1 observation for safety and behavioral purposes.

The Companion Observer assures safety by constant observation and assists with providing a therapeutic care environment and use of interventions. The companion observer must be able to collaborate with nursing staff regarding direct patient care and hygiene. PAY SCALE: $17-$21.58 *The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
