Business Development-TAMP

Presentations and Training: Conduct presentations and training sessions to help clients understand and utilize the company’s products and services.

Business Development: Actively source new business opportunities and promote the company’s products and services to expand market reach.

Strategy Development: Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Client Servicing: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.

Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Research and Improvement: Gather feedback, conduct research, and participate in the continuous improvement of products and services to enhance client experience.

Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing is preferred.

Work Experience: o At least 5 years of relevant experience. o Prior experience in front-office roles at banks, brokerage firms, or fund management companies. o Experience serving Chinese clients is must

Skills and Competencies: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Outstanding presentation and client management abilities.

Personality Traits: Passionate about engaging and communicating with people, eager to embrace challenges and continuous learning.

Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our counterparts in China.
