Airport Representative Season 2026/2027

We are looking for representatives available every Saturday from 12th December - 17th April inclusive, at Lyon Saint-Exupery airport. You will be responsible for organising our guests at the airport. Reporting to the on- site transport manager, you will be required from 06:30am until around 11:30am each week. This could vary depending on transport delays.

Assistance with flight check in Giving a general welcome and information Allocating passengers to the correct coach transfer Giving information to each coach relating to health and safety, journey times and traffic Liaising with airport and coach company staff Ability to manage your time effectively A friendly and helpful manner Excellent communication skills Patience and a sense of humour An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team The capacity to work well under pressure Willingness to put guests' needs first An aptitude for problem solving Flexibility A neat and well groomed appearance at all times Fluent spoken English
