Restaurant - Assistant Manager

IPOT is a modern hotpot and BBQ restaurant located in the heart of San Francisco’s Inner Sunset district. We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations and staff performance. Support scheduling, training, and team management. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care. Assist with inventory, ordering, and reporting. What You’ll Bring: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Desire to grow into higher leadership roles.
