Maintenance Clerk

Maintenance Clerk Reports To: Fleet Manager Responsibilities and Duties: Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program Maintain work pending files. Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers. Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers.

Maintain fuel reports. Maintain computerized parts inventory. Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors. Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors. Develop and issue computer reports as requested. General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail.

Perform other duties as assigned Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Additional hours may be needed. Pay & Benefits: Who doesn't like to get paid weekly? We like it so we provide weekly pay!
