We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organization's HR processes and data management needs. Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutions Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementations Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP Success.
Factors, or Oracle HCM Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience with SQL and database management Excellent problem-solving and project management skills Knowledge of HR processes and best practices Understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills HRIS certifications (e.
