Titan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or similar field service software Track service KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and calls completed per day Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and other team members throughout the workday Keep your company vehicle, tools, equipment, paperwork, and work areas organized Take ownership of your completed HVAC repairs and follow through on the quality of your work Independently manage a full HVAC service route while working as part of the Affordable Fixes team Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, primarily in residential HVAC Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus EPA Certification required Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems Ability to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment Ability to communicate HVAC findings and service options clearly and professionally with customers Experience with Service.
