Director of Clinical Reimbursement - Full-Time

Summary of position Responsible for providing leadership, coordination and performance of activities relating to reimbursement services within a designated region/area.

Through analysis of financial and clinical reports, identifies trends and areas of improvement for the facilities within the region/area and ensures an appropriate action plan is completed. Works directly with various center MDS professionals to develops strategies, implements processes and protocols. Provides expertise, consultation and guidance to ensure MDS accuracy and adherence to company policy and procedures as well as state and federal regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
