Your Role

As an Asphalt Distributor Driver, you'll be responsible for operating specialized trucks that apply tack coat and asphalt emulsions before paving begins.

Responsibilities include

Driving and operating distributor equipment. Conducting daily inspections and safety checks. Monitoring equipment performance and fluid levels. Cleaning and maintaining spray systems and tanks. Performing preventative maintenance. Working alongside paving crews to meet project schedules. Following all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

CDL Class A or B required. Tanker Endorsement required. Hazmat endorsement preferred. Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Ability to work outdoors year-round. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Climb equipment and enter/exit trucks frequently. Bend, squat, stoop, and walk on uneven surfaces. Maintain awareness of active construction operations.
