Position Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established standards of care. Assess, monitor, and document patients' respiratory status and treatment progress.

Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to support individualized patient care. Ensure compliance with patient rights, center policies, and applicable healthcare regulations. Maintain respiratory therapy equipment and follow appropriate safety and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

Strong attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. Genuine compassion for elderly and disabled individuals in a long-term care setting. Commitment to patient rights, safety, and quality care.
