Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Manager – Independent Contractor Contract Type: W9 / 1099 Base Pay: $3,000/month + commission (paid biweekly) Schedule: Sunday required + 3 additional days What is this role about? A: Manage client interactions, recommend spa services and retail products, and drive sales performance. Minor management duties may be included, but this is primarily a sales-driven role.

What do I earn? A: $3,000/month base pay plus commission. Commission is uncapped, providing additional earning potential. What’s expected of me? Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products Maintain accurate client and sales records Support team members with day-to-day operations Who should apply?
