INDPC Qualifications: Qualifications Current nurses license in the State in good standing. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read and write, speak and understand English. Effective documentation and oral communication skills. Ability to comprehend applicable Federal, State and local regulations and facility policies, procedures, and programs. Ability to direct, delegate, and follow-up on programs and care of the residents. Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Ability to use/demonstrate use of all nursing service equipment. Manual dexterity in order to manipulate equipment.
