In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort.
Your responsibilities
will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and empathetic nature Essential Job Functions:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
- Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
