Part-Time Sales Receptionist Nielsen Automotive Group | Dover, NJ Job Type: Part-Time | Entry-Level Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour Schedule: Evenings & Alternating Saturdays ( See schedule breakdown below ) POSITION OVERVIEW Dover Dodge is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Sales Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in gaining customer service experience in a professional environment.

No previous automotive dealership experience is required, we are happy to train the right candidate!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sales representative or department. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner. Assist customers with general inquiries and provide basic dealership information. Communicate with sales staff regarding customer arrivals and appointments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and document organization as needed. Provide additional support to the sales and management teams as requested.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to work the required rotating evening and Saturday schedule. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required . WORK SCHEDULE This position follows an alternating two-week schedule: Week 1: Monday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Week 2: Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Applicants must be available to work both alternating schedules .
