Overnight Delivery Driver

We are currently hiring full-time Overnight Route Drivers to deliver fresh-baked doughnuts from our Raleigh Distribution Center to local customers. We provide the training, equipment, and delivery truck. Compensation

• Daily earnings of $142.52-$270.20, depending on route
• Annual earnings of approximately $37,100-$70,300

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip inspections and load products
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and documentation
• Deliver and merchandise products
• Remove expired products and document inventory
• Maintain professional customer relationships
• Unload returns and clean equipment Training
• Three days of hands-on training with experienced Route Drivers
• Safety, equipment, and process training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Available to work between 4:00 PM and 4:00 AM
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
• Ability to provide a three-year MVR prior to interview North Carolina DMV Driving Records: https://www.ncdot.gov/dmv/offices-services/records-reports/Pages/driving-records.aspx
• Successfully pass a drug screen, including marijuana testing
• Ability to safely operate a 10-foot box truck
• Prior route driving, delivery driving, or DSD experience highly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Background Check A background check is required for all new hires.
